Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You can shop at without creating an account.
How does the cart work?
The bag icon at the top right corner of the page is your cart. The number will tell you how many items are in the cart.
From here, you can edit quantities of the items in your cart by clicking the bag and pressing the + or - buttons on the cart dropdown.
If you want to remove an item completely, press the "x" button on the right of the item you want to delete.
How will I know if my order shipped?
We'll send you two emails once you make your purchase:
1. Order Confirmation - We'll send this email to you as soon as our system accepts your order. This email will usually be sent within minutes of your order. Please contact us if you haven't received this email and we'll double-check to see if your order is in our system.
2. Shipping Confirmation - We'll send this email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. It will come with all the requisite tracking information so you'll be informed of the ETA and shipping progress of your order. Depending on the shipping option you choose, it may take a few days to receive this email. If it's been a few weeks and you haven't received your order OR this email, please contact us and we'll look into the issue for you.

We aim to respond to all emails within 48 hours. Please note that this timeframe may be extended during weekends or collection launches.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally but we have many partners who do, click HERE to see a list of options for international shoppers and our store locator.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Please contact our customer service team by clicking here. Be sure to state that you want to cancel the order in the "Subject" field, and include your name, your entire order, and the order number in the "Description" field.
It's best to reach out as soon as possible if you want to cancel orders. Once the order ships, we no longer have the power to cancel or recall orders.
How can I track my order? 
We'll send you a shipment notification email once your order ships from our warehouse. Click the ”Track your order” button, and it will redirect you to our website where you can keep track of your order.
If you have an account, you can also sign in and view your past orders with the tracking information available. Click on "Orders" and you'll see all of your pending and fulfilled orders. From there, you can see if your order is processing, shipped, or delivered.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to be available after your product has left our facility.
How fast is your shipping?
We offer FREE domestic standard shipping on all orders. Depending on where you are located, it can take anywhere from 3-8 business days to arrive after your order is processed.
If you just can't wait for your new item(s), we offer additional options like FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Standard Overnight shipping. Please keep in mind that Saturday, Sunday, and some holidays are not business days. FedEx 2 Day should arrive in 2 business days after your order is packed and shipped, but delivery time is not guaranteed. It may take an extra 1-2 business days depending on package destination and the time of day your order was placed. Standard Overnight should arrive in 1-2 business days after your order is packed and shipped, also depending on the time your order was placed and destination. Please note, shipping costs are nonrefundable.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Please note, we can not issue returns, refunds, or exchanges for sale-priced products or past international orders. All sale-priced and past international sales are final. If you place a new international order with one of our international partners, please contact their customer service to process a return with them.
Will I have to pay for shipping to return my item?
All returns are free for qualifying orders! We’ll send you a prepaid return label once you have contacted our customer service.

Will I be refunded the full value of my order?
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account from the time your return is processed.
What if something I ordered arrived damaged?
Contact us right away at We will send you a prepaid return label so you can ship the item back to be repaired, replaced, or refunded. Sale-priced merchandise is final sale only.
How much taxes will I have to pay?
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order and sales tax will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.
What’s the status of my order?
Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation email you can click on “Track your order” and see the status of your delivery. Otherwise, you can view your account at any time for an update.
How do I know which size will fit me best?
Our general Size Guide is a good starting point to determine your size. You can also click the “Size Chart” on a product page to compare the measurements of the garment with your size to see how the specific item will fit.
